YBP conducted a feasibility study from July –December of 2009 to evaluate the technical, economic and legal considerations associated with operating a multi-state transportation system under a co-op business model.  The feasibility study involved extensive public input, including a 50-person volunteer steering committee, representing a diversity of expertise as well as geography.  You can find out more about the six steering committee teams and read their final reports are below.   The feasibility study was funded with $200,000 in rural transit stimulus funds through the Idaho Transportation Department.
