YBP
conducted a feasibility study from July –December of 2009 to
evaluate the
technical, economic and legal considerations associated with operating
a
multi-state transportation system under a co-op business model. The
feasibility study involved extensive
public input, including a 50-person volunteer steering committee,
representing
a diversity of expertise as well as geography. You

their final reports are below.
The
feasibility study was funded with $200,000 in rural transit stimulus
funds
through the Idaho Transportation Department.
