Teton Meadows Ranch

Teton Meadows Ranch

Project Description:

The mission of Teton Meadows Ranch is to create an exceptional neighborhood for workforce housing ownership in the Jackson community. The land plan and development program will follow the principals of sustainable design and green building practices. Our vision is to develop a neighborhood that creates a strong sense of place, pride and ownership in Jackson Hole.

By implementing green building techniques, Teton Meadows Ranch will provide residents and the community a number of environmental benefits, including savings on energy costs. Our commitment to environmental responsibility is consistent with the values of the Jackson community, and will have far-reaching benefits that reach beyond Teton Meadows Ranch residents.

GY Framework Progress:

Teton Meadows Ranch: The approval process for the development has been suspended until December 31, or when the Comprehensive Plan update has been
adopted, due to a moratorium resolution passed by the Teton County Commissioners on May 6. TMR developer James Reinert will share lessons learned while participating on the YBP interactive panel at Greenbuild 2008 in November.
