Grand Targhee Resort

Project Description:

The Grand Targhee Resort Master Plan seeks to create an economically, environmentally and socially sustainable resort. Grand Targhee Resort will be a year-round resort that is rooted in the Teton Range. The development will represent a small-scale pedestrian oriented mountain resort with a variety of accommodations from condominiums to low-density residential lots. The public benefits of the project will be strengthened tourism in the region along with the economic benefits that accompany well-planned utilization of existing and future resort infrastructure. The resort expansion is to enhance the recreational experience for winter season guests and create the infrastructure and activities that will expand visitation year-round.

·         The GY-Framework will help to guide Grand Targhee Resort’s Master Planning process in a way that is environmentally sustainable and addresses challenges of cutting-edge development in a regionally-focused framework.
