Heather
Overholser has been involved in environmental issues in Jackson Hole,
Wyoming for almost fifteen years. Before becoming Executive
Director of Jackson Community Recycling in 2003, Heather was the
Development Director and Outreach Coordinator at the Jackson Hole
Conservation Alliance for nine years, focusing her energies on
fundraising and community outreach. Heather has served as the
chair of the Wyoming Recycling Task Force, and as a member of the
Wyoming Solid Waste and Recycling Association Board of Directors and
the Wyoming Citizens Advisory Group for Solid Waste and
Recycling. She has a B.A. in American Studies, with a
concentration on Environmental Studies, from Dickinson College in
Carlisle, Pennsylvania. |
