Paul Cartwright is Energy Advisor
to Governor Schweitzer and Senior Energy Analyst at the Montana
Department of Environmental Quality. He is
Montana’s representative to the Western Climate Initiative, a
regional effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions through a variety of
means, including cap and trade. He has spent much of his
career working on energy efficiency and renewable energy, especially in
the electric sector. He also has a night job as City
Commissioner for Helena, Montana. |
